About Gabe...

Quick Personal Bio:

First and foremost, I am a man of faith. I am also a proud parent of 2 great children, and a husband to a extremely supportive & beautiful wife. In addition to my musical endeavors, I work with children of special needs. They are truly an inspiration! As far as my way of thinking, I keep it simple...I strive for excellence daily. I also believe in "Inner Commitment" and holding myself to higher expectations. In my life, I have been blessed with not only my musical career, but great friends and family that continue to support my life's journey. I am definitely a sports guy also. I love Hockey and Football. I am a big San Jose Sharks and Arizona Cardinals fan. The Carmona family has been more than instrumental in my life. Although I will save most of my musical info for the bio below, I will say that I have enjoyed being in and out of studios for more than 15 years. More than anything I remain true to the art of Music....its something I truly cherish. All while staying "Humble & Hungry"........

The Carmona name has been highly respected in the music industry for many years. With the Carmona name recently inducted into the Music Hall of Fame, it is my honor to carry on this musical legacy. I gladly take on this responsiblity and continue to strive for excellence in the industry. I enjoy producing raw talent and reaching out to communities with my music. So far its been via online, but I look forward to sharing to continuing to hsare my music with the world. So, whether it be rockin Reggae stages with Wyclef Jean, Don Carlos, Oshen, Natural Vibrations, or Classic Rock & Grammy Award winning greats like Steve McCarty of the Steve Miller Band, one thing is for sure...Music is more just a passion for me...its the art that best represents my soul. For as long as I can remember, I have been in studios; tracking, mixing, creating!I LOVE watching the Power of Music in action; such as the videos of "PLAYING FOR CHANGE". I truly think that its the way MUSIC should be...the vessel for the message of Love, Peace & WorldWide Unity. One Heart - One Sound - One Love.As far as my productions, I am known to throw in some instrumentation that would never be used in traditional arrangements. Although I love to sit at the piano for hours and play classical arrangements, I can easily spend just as many hours creating on a keyboard in a studio! Whatever I feel.....I create it.

Building and maintaining relationships is my fortay. I enjoy calling promoters and working with them on a variety of projects. I utilize my connections which are typically Recording Artists and facilitate concerts, shows or events. I am all about collaborative events. I have activey been involved with the industry for the last 15 years. My network includes, Professional Recording Artists, Clothing Lines, Promoters nationwide, Actors, Beverage companies and more. One of my weapons in my arsenal is the Producer role. I truly feel even as a professional musician, the ability to produce, write & arrange, and engineer is a triple threat! Creating is one thing, knowing that I can pre-produce anything at the house prior to the studio session is a time and money saving benefit. One thing you can count on....is that I truly know, understand, and respect the art of producing. Let's get started today. Currently I am running a Pro Tools set up.

Musical Director / Artist Recruiter / Consultant
I have worked with many record labels and executives to find the "next band or artist" to make moves in various industries. References are available upon request. One thing I love to do is taking on the responsibility of a band leader/musical director role. My most recent band director venture was with Kava Kreation (Reggae Band) of Juggernaut Music Entertainment. Various tasks included: producing, engineering, band direction, music arrangements, song selection, and show/concert logistics.As an artist recruiter, one must truly understand people and the industry as a whole. More importantly, they in my opinion, must vision the future. More of a "bigger picture" vision. Although there are many traits that can be trained when finding certain label's needs, Artist Recruitment is a great responsibility that I love to take on while utilizing skills & experience that cannot be trained. So if you need and AR with vision, ambition, and the foresight to cast the next big thing or band? Put your trust in someone who is respected in the various industries and just as important, delivers client's needs.
