Yaniel Martinez Pérez is a heartfelt Cuban vocalist who carries forward the rich, traditional legacy of Cuba’s great musicians while gracefully transcending that heritage into today’s music. With a voice shaped by the spirit of classic Cuban artistry and a presence rooted in authenticity, Yaniel honors the timeless styles that defined generations before him while bringing them alive for modern audiences.

Ricardo “Santoz” is a rising Latin & Reggaeton artist hailing from the vibrant streets of Miami, Florida. Born into a city pulsing with Latin rhythm and Caribbean influence, Santoz found his voice early, singing in family gatherings, school performances, and local events long before stepping into a studio. His sound blends classic reggaeton roots with modern melodic flair, capturing both the energy of the 3-0-5 and the emotion of his personal journey.
In 2025, Santoz made his official debut with the EP Noche Encantada!, a standout project produced by Gabe “88k” Carmona. The project introduced listeners to his signature style, smooth vocals, hypnotic hooks, and late-night storytelling that resonates across Miami’s nightlife and beyond. The collaboration with 88k Gabe marked the beginning of a creative partnership that continues to evolve.
Now in 2026, Santoz is building momentum in the Latin music scene, gaining recognition for his distinct vocal delivery, sound, and growing fanbase. With new music on the horizon, he and 88k Gabe are reuniting…ready to blaze the airwaves and bring a fresh wave of heat straight out of the 3-0-5.

A very special project is in the works. It’s an upcoming single for Mr. Chris Carmona, Gabe’ s uncle. In Gabe’s early years, along his father, he also played with his Uncle Chris on a variety of shows. This project is near and dear to Gabe, as he continues to pay homage to his Tio. Here is more about his beloved uncle, Chris “Crescencio” Carmona. Mentor, Saxophonist, and so much more.
The Texas Music Museum honored Chris for his many years of music contributions to Tejano Music. From 1952 1956, Chris was a member of his father’s orquesta, along with his brothers Mac and Mike. In 1956, his father, Nemecio passed the band to Chris, who continued the band in Austin, TX for four years until he moved to California in 1960. This orchestra performed in Austin at the Avalon Club, the Sky Line Club, the Austin Coliseum, and throughout Texas. In 1962, he formed the Chris Carmona Orquesta that continued for 30 years until 1992. The orquesta was a favorite in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Salt Lake City, and Reno, NV to name a few major cities. Chris and his orquesta opened for many major groups, such as Tito Fuentes and Tito Rodriguez. Chris’ group made over sixteen recordings, first with the CIMA label and later with FAMA.
The time of celebration: on June 28, 2008, the Texas Music Museum extended its gratitude to Chris Carmona for his exceptional contributions to Tejano Music and the great state of Texas.
